You want to be the ultimate vendor for your perfect customer. You want YPC to be thrilled about doing business with you and your company. There are several different ways of accomplishing this goal. But the thrust of all of your efforts should be in making them happy that they've made the choice to work with you. Part of that is building a relationship with them. Don't simply act as if they are just handing you cash and that's how you stand business. Also make sure that they don't feel as if it's an annoyance to do business with you or your company. You want to make them feel like having them show up makes you happy. Makes your (if you have any) employees happy. What you want to do is position yourself so that doing business with you or your company is actually a pleasure for your perfect customer. Because that's exactly what they're looking for: a perfect vendor. So what you want to do is make them happy.
