So right now, what you need to do is start categorizing, measuring, and listing everything that you're currently doing, everything your actively doing, and start thinking about things that you may not be actively doing but how your reaching potential clients and reaching current clients. That may be how did somebody find you last time they called you? How did somebody decide to do business with you? Where did they find your products or services? All that is what you need to know so that you can begin setting a baseline for your goals and measurements of future projects.
