EPM or expert proof materials are something that we work on a lot here with our clients. It can be a book. It can be a video series. It can be almost anything 'physical' that you can send or deliver to a prospect or a current client that shows that you're an expert on whatever it is that you do. For instance if you're a carpet cleaner, you might write a book or create an educational video series about why it's important to keep a certain type of high end carpet clean. Whatever the business that you're after, what you're doing with these expert proof materials is not only proving to potential clients and current clients that you know you're talking about. But more importantly educating them on what are the aspects of what it is that you're trying to sell. If you're a carpet cleaner you might talk about how high end carpets are extremely fragile under certain cleaning conditions and that if you want to keep the value of your carpets then you use with a process like the one that you use. If your a martial arts school, you might want to show some simple ways to protect yourself when you are a new person on campus or if you are out at a bar or something like that. So these expert proof materials are something you can give away and show to other people that you know what you're doing and you know what you're talking about.
