Well, what is your brand? You may have an idea of what your brand is, but it doesn't always translate. This is where you have to go back to doing some research. Call customers, call existing customers customers, call potential customers or somehow interact with them. Ask what do you think about doing business with my company and with me? Do you know who I am? Is it a good thing or a bad thing? Tell me about your experience like if you were to tell other people about this business. What would you say? Getting this type of feedback is essential and it's the very thing that most business owners and managers don't do. It's sort of an afterthought of somebody who's you know not happy with us. Maybe we should find out about that. No do this questioning before him. Find out what is my brand and then you can reinforce that like we talked about the last video by doing the things that they like by talking in your marketing materials about the things that they like and about the positive experiences that other people are having with you. That's the sort of thing that you need to do here. So tell me below, what are the types of things that you've done. What are the questions you've asked? Have you gone out of the way to find out what clients and potential clients think about you? Let me know.
