New Provider, New Phone

I dumped Sprint.  Their “customer service” doesn’t actually exist.  The store where I bought (no – apparently leased) my phone wouldn’t help me lower my bill.  “We don’t do that here.”

So I switched over to T-Mobile.  I had to give up using my Samsung Note 4 “phablet,” but I got the ZTE Zmax Pro instead.  Just as big, so it fits my oversize mitts.  I’ve had it for about 12 hours, and so far I’m pretty durn happy.

Oh – I have 2 lines.  I got an LG phone to replace my Sprint LG phone.  As soon as it was disconnected, I got one last text msg – “You have to return this phone.  It’s a lease.”  I took it back to the Sprint store on the way out of the mall.  “Uh. . . why did you turn it off?  We can’t take it back like this.  Maybe corporate can help you.”

Maybe corporate can kiss my ass.
