Goals are the strategy, and habits are the tactics that accomplish the goals.
Smart Goal Setting
SMART/SMARTER is a mnemonic used to set objectives, for example for project management, employee performance management and personal development.
The first known uses of the term occur in the November 1981 issue of management Review by George T. Doran.
For each goal you set, write a plan of at least three steps you can take to reach the goal. Then – take action!
