Social Media Management

You know you should be on social media – not just once in a while, but on a regular basis! In order to do that, you have to create the graphics, and then find the time to post them.

You’ve got enough to worry about running your business day to day. And what does posting on social media sites really do to help your company? Does SocMed Marketing really work – and how can you tell if it does?

Agile’ Marketing Services has been creating and posting SocMed graphics for clients for over 7 years. We make sure your eye-catching posts are on your selected media on time, and we work with you so that you’ll know people are seeing – and responding to – your posts.

We’ll create information and call-to-action graphics and post on up to three social media sites (choose from Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest). We’ll do this once per week. You can choose the day & time, or we’ll do it for you.

Try our services until October 31st, totally free. (We do need posting privileges on any accounts you already have.) From the beginning of our business, we’ve had a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Not happy? You don’t pay. You have nothing to lose. When that time is up, you can choose between our 6-month or 12-month plans. Pay monthly, or see significant savings by paying in advance!

Sign up by Friday, September 30th, and get the following bonuses at no cost:

  • One media release, worth $125 each
  • Up to two re-posts per week of the original, worth $40 per month
  • Holiday graphics with your logo on them
  • PDF copies of Scott’s books – Profile Your Target Market and Recognized Expert Status

Suggested Content

By itself, a single social media post will not boost your sales. The idea for social media posts is to keep your business top-of-mind with your clients and prospects, and to help develop knowledge and trust. As the saying goes, “People do business with those they know, like and trust.”

Consistently Regular

No matter what type of content you post on social media, the most important part is to do it on a regular basis. You will not see results by creating 5 different pieces of content, and uploading them all in the same half hour, and not post again for a month. It’s best to pick a day and/or time, and upload your posts then. You’ll be more visible to your customers and prospects if you post content on a consistent, regular schedule.

Basic Info

Around 80% of the posts should be basic information about your business. They should be things like the days your open, hours of operation, and typical products and services you provide. In addition, you might want to introduce the owners and employees, as well as mentioning lesser-known products services and products.

Build Trust with Testimonials

Around 5% of your posts should be testimonials – that is, kind words and reviews of your business from satisfied customers. It’s best to either pull these from online reviews, or to solicit them directly from satisfied customers right after they complete a purchase, or experience the benefit of your service. You should never make up a testimonial!

Asking & Selling

About 10% of your posts can be exhortations to “join our email list,” or “tell your friends about us.” I call these Call To Action posts – you’re asking the people to take some kind of action that will spread the word about your business.

For most businesses, I recommend that no more than 5% of their posts be a direct attempt to make a sale (or solicit a donation, in the case of non-profits). This is one post in 20 different ones. If you make a new post every weekday, that’s about once a month. For businesses putting out a new post once per week, that’s about once ever 5 months.

Social Lubricant Posts

Yes, if you count up the percentage points listed above, we’ve already hit 100%. However, you’ll want to save room for what I call Social Lubricant posts. These are posts for holidays, or socially important events. “Merry Christmas” and “Don’t forget to vote” are the types of posts your social media consumers expect. If you don’t put of these types of posts, people will definitely notice something is. . . off with your social media feeds. Again, the point of a social media program is to establish a relationship with clients and prospects, and to build and strengthen that relationship.

Bonuses With Sign-up

At Agile’, our Social Media Management packages include 4 graphics per month, posted to up to three social media sites once per week, for either 36 or 52 weeks (6 or 12 months). However, if you contact us on or before Friday, September 30th, we will add the following bonuses to your contract.

Two Re-posts per Week

For each graphic we create & post, we’ll schedule a re-post of that graphic up to two more times during the week, on up to three social media sites. Let’s say you want your main posts to go out on Thursdays at 3:15 PM. We’ll schedule that message to post twice more before the following Thursday at 3:15 PM, when the next graphic will go up. This is a great way to ensure that your message is presented to your target audience! We regularly charge an additional $40/month for this service.

One Media Release

Not enough businesses use the power of the media to make contact with the public. While some media releases (or press releases) are published exactly as written, some media outlets – like newspapers, periodicals, blogs, etc. – will contact the subject for a more extensive interview. While Agile’ cannot guarantee media coverage, you have a zero percent chance of appearing in the media if you don’t let them know what’s happening in your business. Agile’ regularly charges $125 for each release we write and submit.

Free Holiday Graphics With Your Logo

Nothing’s friendlier than wishing your followers a happy holiday, or recognizing another significant day on the calendar. Keep your business top-of-mind with your prospects and customers with these social lubricant posts. We currently have over 22 graphics templates to which we can add your business logo.
