Objective:
To help members grow their businesses and income by: Encouraging & supporting each other; Providing ideas & feedback; Holding each other – and yourself – accountable.

Meeting format:
Once a week on a weekday, around an hour to an hour and a half each session. I’m going to run it on what is essentially Google Hangouts on steroids. A visual component is essential, so unless you have a webcam on your desktop, you might need to attend via notebook. Current meeting day/time is Thursday at 3 PM Eastern Time, US.
Basic format:
- Welcome
- Around the room successes and failures
- Accountability pluses and minuses (rewards and “sanctions”)
- Hotseat – one person outlines their position, goals and problems
- Around the room grilling of hotseat member
- Around the room suggestions for hotseat member
- Around the room statement of goals for next meeting
- Ending
This must be something you commit to, or you will probably just waste your time.
